Fellowbit is a technology consulting company operating in Finland and Germany. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit our website or contact us through our contact form.
Data controller

Data we collect
We only collect personal data you voluntarily provide through our contact form:
- Your name
- Your company name
- Your email address
- Your message
Purpose and legal basis
We use your contact form data solely to respond to your inquiry. We will not use it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months, after which they are permanently deleted.
Third-party processors
We use the following services that process data on our behalf:
- Vercel (hosting) — your requests pass through Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel is GDPR-compliant.
- Resend (email delivery) — contact form data is transmitted via Resend to deliver your message to us.

Analytics
This website uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool. It does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sessions, and does not collect personally identifiable information.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your data.
- Right to object — you can object to the processing of your data.
- Right to data portability — you can request your data in a portable format.

Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Finland, this is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi). In Germany, this is the competent state data protection authority.
